I use the free version of this app, so I can only base my rating by what Ive seen/used. Realistically, unless you are truly dedicated to quitting, no program or app is going to work. There is no magic solution; it takes a lot of determination. The main thing this app provides that helps me stay motivated is "money saved" and of course tracking how many days Ive been smoke free. The fatalities is not accurate, and quite ridiculous in my opinion.
