Great even for non-addicts!
As my pack-a-day smoker husband keeps telling me, i wasnt a real smoker... But now Im a real, 100% non smoker (and hes still not). I had a friend using this app and posting her status updates, which is how I decided to use it. I "eased out" of smoking by setting a hard quit date, breaking down when I had a few drinks, being honest with this app, and watching the health meters. Theyre truly terrifying. As a "social" smoker I smoked a pack a week for about 4 years, but my tooth loss and cardiovascular health stats are still red a year later.
Im trying to get hubs to buy the paid version of this app to wean himself down but he hates a plan (and my ideas) so hell have to choose it for himself... But Ill keep dropping hints!!
